Which shipping methods do you use?

We use a variety of couriers including DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS for shipping to all Domestic, EU and World Wide destinations, including Russia.

 

I live outside the EU, do I need to pay Duty and Taxes?

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and Unconventional has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

As most of the products sold on unconventional are hand made to order, please check the product page for the item origin to determine whether any charges may incur. If you are still unsure please contact our customer support team.

 

What currency will I be charged in?

We are in the process of expanding our in-currency purchasing options and currently offer in-currency purchasing for British Pound Sterling, If we do not currently offer pricing in your currency, then the final value of order will be converted by your card issuer at the date of debit and shown on your card supplier statement.

The currency converter is shown with an accurate exchange rate of the day, so the date that you are debited could be a different rate and therefore this converter is only for guide purposes only.

 

What are your delivery times and costs?

Times and Charges:

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. As most of the products available on unconventional are hand made upon order, delivery timescales will vary depending on the level of orders received by each designer at the time of your order. An approximate delivery guide will be displayed on each individual product page.

Delivery Address Options

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.
