Unconventional currently ships to all countries worldwide.


Taxes and Duties...

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and Unconventional has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

As most of the products sold on unconventional are hand made to order, please check the product page for the item origin to determine whether any charges may incur. If you are still unsure please contact our customer support team.


Delivery Methods...

For all Domestic, EU and Rest Of The World destinations including Russia, we use a variety of courier services inluding DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS as our carrier, which is a trackable service to your door.

Delivery Address Options...

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.


Important Information For Customers In Russia...

Please note: Due to ongoing restrictions with Russian customs out of our control, we can currently only ship to a business/company address. Please enter a business address at the checkout stage and ensure you follow the tracking with the courier service provided incase they require any further details during transit.


Delivery Times...

As most of the products available on unconventional are hand made upon order, delivery timescales will vary depending on the level of orders received by each designer at the time of your order. An approximate delivery guide will be displayed on each individual product page.

Returns Policy...

We are happy to refund any purchases* within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item please download a Returns Form from the link below which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.

Any sale items which are reduced by 50% (or more) of the original sales price are NON REFUNDABLE and are sold as seen.


*Due to hygiene reasons, Underwear is non returnable.


Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.


Please ensure all footwear is returned with the shoe box in its original condition. We do not hold spare shoe boxes so any footwear packaging returned damaged or in a poor condition will be automatically returned back to you on receipt and no refund will be made.
